$800 new furnished studio, marble bath, cable, wifi (Upper West Side)

This is a beautiful studio in a new building a few blocks from the top corner of Central Park, 1 block to the C train. The area is great with so many new buildings, condos, stores, etc. A new Subway Sandwiches, Dunkin Donuts, Chase, Rite Aid, etc are just across the street. I travel 2 to 3 weeks each month and would like to share my studio with someone in exchange for an $800 per month donation which I will give to charities working to stop suffering around the world. With just a small sacrifice of sharing a studio together, we will be able to provide hundreds of people access to safe drinking water for years to come. About the studio. The building is less than a year old, the studio is about 300 square feet, and is extremely safe, with a key that is nearly impossible to duplicate. It is on the ground level but is very well insulated from street noise so remains very quite. It does not have a kitchen but does have a microwave and small fridge. The bathroom has marble floors and a marble bath. Electricity, heat, wifi, and digital cable is included. I am looking for someone to move in with me on July 1st and am available this Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday to show you the studio, or meet in person. Short term month to month or even week to week is an option, depending on your situation.
